Happy Camper Co. Returns & Refund Policy

At Happy Camper Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we keep our policies simple, fair, and transparent.


All Sales Are Final (With Exceptions Below)

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference or style

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and order details before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Order Accuracy & Checkout Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All order details (size, address, item selection) are correct
  • The final price shown at checkout is accepted

Discounts must be applied at checkout. We are not able to add or modify discounts after an order is placed.

Please note: Third-party promotions (including Shop App discounts) are not controlled or guaranteed by Happy Camper Co. and may not apply to all orders.


Lost in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for an extended period), please contact us.

We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier for more details

Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered fulfilled. Happy Camper Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to assist you in locating it.


Cancellations & Changes

Orders begin processing quickly and cannot be guaranteed to be changed or canceled once placed. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
