What does “made to order” mean?
Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. We don’t keep large amounts of inventory or mass-produce products, which helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is made with care.
Because our items are printed and prepared on demand and shipped within the U.S., you can expect consistent quality and dependable delivery.
Since we don’t hold stock or accept returned items, we kindly ask that you double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering. Our tees have a relaxed, unisex fit. When in doubt, sizing up is often a safe choice for a looser fit.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We stand behind our products and will always make things right if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to us at support@myhappycamperco.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo so we can assist you.
Because each item is made just for you, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.
That said, if something isn’t right - like receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we’ve got you. Just reach out within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right. To ensure a smooth resolution, items must be unworn and unwashed.
We recommend double-checking the size chart before ordering to make sure you get the perfect fit.
Why didn’t my discount apply?
Only one discount can be applied per order. All discounts must be applied at checkout before completing your purchase.
Please note that third-party promotions (such as Shop App discounts) are not controlled or guaranteed by Happy Camper Co. and may not apply to all orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production before your item ships.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within about 5 business days within the continental U.S.
For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, delivery may take 7–12 business days.
Delivery times can vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. If you’re ordering for a specific date, we recommend giving yourself a little extra time just to be safe.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order is ready to ship, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your order appears to be stuck in transit, delayed far beyond the expected delivery window, or hasn’t updated for several days, please reach out to us at support@myhappycamperco.com.
We’ll look into it and work with the carrier to determine the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll make it right by sending a replacement.
Please note that we consider a package “lost” only after sufficient time has passed without movement or confirmation from the carrier.
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
We recommend checking around your delivery area, with neighbors, or contacting the carrier directly, as they often have more detailed delivery information.
We’re always happy to help guide you through the process and provide any details we have. However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
