Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days, we’re not rushing, you’re not rushing, nobody’s rushing. Once it leaves our hands, USPS does their thing and you’ll usually have it in 2–5 days. Track it obsessively or forget about it completely - both approaches are valid.

Look, we want you to love your gear. If something shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we’ll make it right, that part’s on us.

Here’s the deal:
• Received something damaged or defective? We’ll replace it at no cost.
• You’ve got 3 days from delivery to let us know.
• Items need to be unused and in the condition you received them.
• Email us at support@myhappycamperco.com - we’re actual humans who respond.
